At lunch time you can feast comfortably installed indoor in one of the 4 dining rooms of the lodge. Armand, our Chef, ignored the lodge location on the ski slopes and raised his culinary claims as high as a restaurant of the valley. He will make you savor his cuisine made of refined fresh and local products.

  • Homemade smoked salmon and its slightly acid apple
  • Fresh tuna tartare or Sea bream filet and its foam of Horseradish

  • Rib steak served with a Bordeaux sauce and a marrow bone
  • Chocolate Marquise served with a white chocolate espuma

For your original evenings, choose to rise to the lodge in snow bike or in snow groomer. After having enjoyed a traditional mountain dinner and tasted the génépy, the snowy return to the valley under a starry sky is simply magic.
